Refund policy

At SlabXBrew we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy applies to orders on slabxbrew.com.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most items that arrive not as described, damaged in transit, or otherwise defective.

Condition requirements

Graded slabs must be returned in the same sealed holder with the same label/cert number. Do not crack, reseal, or alter the slab.
Raw cards must be returned in the same protective sleeves/top loaders, unused and unplayed.
Include original packaging when practical.

How to start a return

Email roodfinancialservices@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s), and photos. We reply with return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds go to your original payment method in about 5–10 business days. Shipping is non-refundable unless we erred or the item arrived damaged/defective. You pay return shipping unless we say otherwise.
