Where we ship

United States only at this time.

Processing times

• Cards from our own inventory: within 2 business days
• Partner card supplies: within about 3 business days
• Made-to-order playmats (if offered): within about 7 business days

Product pages show shipping timing. Low-value card orders may ship by letter (shown at checkout); other orders ship with tracking.

Rates and carriers

Shipping options and prices appear at checkout. We choose carriers that fit the order value and size. Higher-value orders may require signature or insurance at our discretion.

Risk of loss

Risk transfers when the carrier marks the package delivered, except packing errors we caused.

Delays

Carrier delays are outside our control; contact us if a tracked package is stalled and we’ll help file a claim when appropriate.
